Corporate Leadership Leadership

Mr. Ruben Lopez, President of TTCC, Inc., first formed his janitorial services business in Oxnard, California in 1981. Within the initial funding of $6,000, his company was formed to provide building cleaning and maintenance services and started with only two janitorial accounts which were given to Mr. Lopez by his former employer, Porra’s Janitorial Services. With Mr. Lopez’s continued dedication to only the finest in customer service and custodial care, he began making a name for himself and his company. In 1986, Mr. Lopez relocated his successful business to San Diego, California.

In the early 1990′s, Mr. Lopez applied to the Small Business Administration as an 8(a) and non-8(a) employer and enlisted in the “Mentor/Protégé” program established by the Government to aid small companies. Mr. Lopez is also listed as an official SBA HubZone contractor.

Mr. Lopez speaks more than three languages fluently and has a thorough understanding of what it takes to manage a vast array of cultures within the workforce.
